§ 18-13. Operation of bingo halls; where prohibited.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, no license shall be issued to a charitable gaming organization to conduct or operate a bingo hall at any location in the City of Lafayette that is within a seven mile radius of a bingo hall in existence and duly licensed as of the date of application by such charitable gaming organization for a license.
