§ 26-1. Gasoline filling stations giving service on streets or sidewalks (City of Lafayette).

  • (a)

    This section applies only in the city.

    (b)

    Any person who shall erect or construct a gasoline filling station so as to require patrons of such station to park or stop their vehicles on the streets or sidewalks in order to get service from such station, or who shall construct such stations or stands in any other manner than so as to require patrons thereof to drive their vehicles off the streets and sidewalks, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
