§ 26-144. Issuance of permit.

Latest version.

If the department determines that the plans, specifications, drawings, descriptions or information furnished by the applicant for a permit under this article are in compliance with this article and the laws, rules and regulations pertaining to electricians and electrical work, and after receipt of approved plans and/or specifications circulated to the affected departments, the department shall issue the permit applied for upon receipt of payment of the required fee.
