§ 26-205. Reexamination.

Any person who fails to pass the examination required by this division may apply for reexamination after the expiration of 30 days. Should such person fail to pass the second time, the department may refuse a third examination until after the expiration of three months. After six months, a new application with fees shall be required. No refund of fees shall be made.
