§ 26-207. Renewal of registration.

(a)

Required; fee. The registration required by this division must be renewed and all licenses expire on December 31 of each year. The following fee shall be charged each applicant for renewal of his certificate of competency:

Electrical contractor ..... $50.00

(b)

Due date; reexamination. These fees shall be paid on or before March 1 of each year, except where the applicant for renewal has not performed electrical work during the previous 12-month period, in which case he shall be reexamined.
