§ 26-381. Required; eligibility.

It shall be unlawful for any person to move or transport any building onto, over or through any street, alley or public way or thoroughfare of the parish unless such person has first applied for and obtained a written permit authorizing such moving or transportation and paid the fee required. Permits shall be issued to only licensed building movers.
