§ 26-405. Fee; renewal.

Latest version.

Prior to receipt of any license under this division, the applicant shall pay a fee of $50.00. Persons securing licenses after June 30 of any year shall pay a fee of $25.00. All such licenses shall expire on December 31 of the year in which issued and must be renewed on or before January 31 of the following year. The annual fee shall be the sum of $50.00.
