§ 26-433. International Fuel/Gas Code Adopted.

The International Fuel/Gas Code, 2012 Edition, and the standards referenced in that code for regulation of construction within this state, is hereby adopted by reference, including Chapter 1 as amended by Exhibit 5 attached hereto and incorporated herein. Furthermore, IFGC shall be amended as to include all amendments adopted and published on the Louisiana Administrative Code, Title 55, Public Safety, Part VI. Uniform Construction Code.

Exhibit 5

Chapter 1 of the International Fuel Gas Code, 2012 Edition, is hereby amended by adding thereto a new Section 101.6, the text of which reads as follows:

101.6 Amendments. The provisions of this Chapter 1 may be amended from time to time by the Director of the Planning, Zoning & Development Department by written instrument setting forth such amendment and signed by the Director of the Planning, Zoning & Development Department of the Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government.
