§ 26-504. Transfer; misuse of license.

No person holding a contractor's license issued by the department under this subdivision shall lend such license to any other person or allow any other person to do any plumbing or drainage or gasfitting work under any permit taken out in his name, except certified journeymen plumbers or gasfitters in his employ and unless work is accomplished under his supervision. A violation of this section shall be grounds for the revocation of such person's license, in addition to other penalties for violation of this article.
