§ 26-1159. Deviation from compliance.

Whenever, in the opinion of the director of the department of planning, zoning and codes, there are circumstances which warrant temporary deviation from the provisions of this article, the director or the director's designee has the authority to grant a temporary reprieve from compliance hereof.
