Permission is hereby granted to the persons making an application dated December 10,
1979, attached as exhibit A to Parish Ordinance No. 336, to create and incorporate
an industrial development board to be known as "The Industrial Development Board of
the Parish of Lafayette, Louisiana, Inc.," in accordance with the provisions contained
in R.S. tit. 12, ch. 2 (R.S. 12:201 et seq.) and R.S. tit. 51, ch. 7 (R.S. 51:1151 et seq.), and the articles of incorporation used by the incorporators
shall be those articles of incorporation attached as exhibit B to Parish Ordinance
No. 336.
