§ 30-32. Coordinator.

(a)

The local organization for civil defense shall have a coordinator, who shall be appointed by the governor. The civil defense coordinator shall have direct responsibility for the organization, administration and operation of a local organization for civil defense, under the general direction and control of the governor and the state civil defense agency.

(b)

The coordinator shall execute and enforce such orders, rules and regulations as may be made by the governor through the state civil defense agency.
