§ 34-272. Penalty; continuing violations.

Any owner violating any of the provisions of this division shall, upon conviction in a court of competent jurisdiction, be punished as provided by section 1-9. After being duly notified by authorized summons, such individual shall be granted 24 hours to correct the violation and comply with this division, and each day thereafter shall be considered an additional violation.
