§ 34-325. Discharges into ditches.

No person shall dump or discharge or permit to be dumped or discharged into any drainage canals, road ditches or other drainage facilities of the city-parish consolidated government any trees, trash or other objects, substances or materials, nor shall any person wash out concrete into ditches and drainage canals or do any other acts which might interfere with the drainage.
