§ 34-493. Responsibility not waived.

The land clearing permit exceptions listed in section 34-492 do not relieve the owner, operator, developer, contractor, or other legally responsible person of the responsibility of installing and properly maintaining proper erosion/sedimentation control measures or any liability resulting from such activities.
