§ 42-128. Inspections.

Whenever the director of the public works department is notified by any concerned citizen that an owner or occupant of any building and/or premises is allowing the existence of a rodent harborage or infestation to occur upon such premises, the director is authorized to enter upon subject premises for the purpose of conducting an inspection in accordance with the provisions of this article to determine the existence of any rodent harborage or infestation.
