§ 62-35. Disorderly places—Keeping.

  • (a)

    Defined. Keeping a disorderly place is the intentional maintaining of a place to be used habitually for any illegal purpose or for any immoral sexual purpose.

    (b)

    Prohibited. Whoever keeps a disorderly place shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
