§ 62-65. Receiving stolen things.

  • (a)

    Defined. Receiving stolen things is the intentional procuring, receiving, or concealing of anything with a value of less than $300.00 which has been the subject of any robbery or theft under circumstances which indicate that the offender knew or had good reason to believe that the thing so procured, received or concealed was the subject of one of these offenses.

    (b)

    Prohibited. Whoever commits the crime of receiving stolen things shall be imprisoned for not more than six months or may be fined not more than $500.00, or both.
