§ 70-4. Appointments.

Any peddler, solicitor and/or door-to-door vendor shall, except during the times permitted by this division when no invitation is necessary, receive an invitation from the owner and/or occupant of the private property by making an appointment for such visit by telephone or by letter prior to the actual time of the visit.
