§ 70-37. Violations; penalty.

Latest version.

Any person or entity violating any provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine or imprisonment, or both, in the discretion of the court. Each instance of any violation of any section of this chapter shall be considered a separate offense.
