§ 78-295. Duties of arborist.

(a)

The arborist shall promulgate rules, regulations, arboricultural specifications and standards of practice governing the planting, maintenance, preservation and removal of all trees and shrubs planted or growing in the public places mentioned in section 78-294 and shall supervise these activities in accordance with such specifications.

(b)

The arborist shall consider existing and future utility, environmental, transportation and other public service factors when recommending a specific species for each of the streets and public sites.
