§ 82-35. Procedure for collection.

The director of the finance department, who is ex officio tax collector for the city-parish consolidated government, shall enforce the collection of any and all taxes due to the city-parish consolidated government in the manner provided by existing state laws, or in the manner that may be hereafter provided by state laws, relative to the collection of taxes due to the state and parish.
