§ 86-15. Driving with expired driver's license.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a motor vehicle on any street with an expired driver's license.

(b)

Whoever violates the provision of this section shall be fined not less than $10.00 dollars nor more than $500.00 dollars or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both.
