§ 86-21. Driving in violation of license restrictions.

  • (a)

    No person shall operate a motor vehicle in violation of the restrictions imposed in the license issued to him.

    (b)

    Whoever violates the provisions of this section shall be fined not less than $150.00, nor more than $500.00, or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both.
