§ 86-33. Criminal stopping and parking.

  • (a)

    No person shall stop or park a vehicle upon a street for any length of time, under such conditions as to willfully obstruct the free, convenient and normal use of any street by impeding, hindering, stifling, retarding or restraining traffic or passage thereon. Actually impeding traffic is not necessary for a violation under this section to occur.

    (b)

    Whoever violates this section shall be fined not less than $10.00 nor more than $500.00 or imprisonment for not more than six months, or both.
