§ 86-56. Required obedience to traffic ordinance.

It is unlawful and a misdemeanor for persons to do an act forbidden or fail to perform an act required in this chapter. The parent of a child and/or the guardian of a minor shall not authorize or knowingly permit such child or minor to violate the provisions of this chapter.
