§ 86-61. When permits required for parades and processions.

No procession or parade containing 200 or more persons or 50 or more vehicles except the Armed Forces of the United States, the military forces of this state and the forces of the police and fire departments, shall occupy, march or proceed along a street except in accordance with a permit issued by the chief with respective jurisdiction.
