No person shall stop a vehicle, other than a bus, in an officially-designated bus
stop area, except the driver of a passenger vehicle may temporarily stop therein for
the purpose of and while actually engaging in loading or unloading passengers, and
when such stopping does not interfere with city-parish consolidated government transit/bus
operations. Such vehicles, when stopping, shall be located parallel to and within
18 inches of the curb.
