§ 86-134. Parking in violation of special event traffic plan is prohibited.

(a)

No person shall stop or park a vehicle upon a street during a special event or a parade route designated by the chief or the director once regulatory signs have been posted.

(b)

An unoccupied vehicle may be immediately removed or impounded by a police officer or other person duly authorized when found stopped or parked in violation of a special event traffic plan, as set forth herein and shall be subject to fines provided herein.
