§ 86-136. Parking for certain purposes prohibited.

  • (a)

    No person shall park a vehicle upon a street or publicly owned or leased parking facility for the purpose of:

    (1)

    Displaying such vehicle for sale.

    (2)

    Washing, greasing or repairing such vehicle commercially.

    (3)

    Commercial advertising.

    (4)

    Making major repairs to such vehicle; or

    (5)

    Operating a business.

    (b)

    Each violation of the above prohibitions shall constitute a separate offense for each and every day such violation occurs.

    (c)

    Subsection (a) of this section shall not apply in designated areas during special events, as determined by the director or his designee.
