§ 86-181. Order of hearing officer.

Rules for hearing officer adjudication:

(a)

The hearing officer at any administrative adjudication hearing under this article shall issue an order stating:

(1)

Whether the person charged with the violation is responsible or not responsible for the adjudicated violation; and

(2)

The amount of any civil violation penalty, late penalty, and administrative adjudication cost assessed against the person.

(b)

The orders issued under subsection (a) may be filed with the department. The department shall maintain the hearing officer's orders/determination.
