§ 86-188. Order of hearing officer.

Rules for hearing officer adjudication:

(1)

The hearing officer at administrative adjudication hearings under this article shall issue an order stating:

a.

Whether the person charged with the violation is responsible for the violation; and

b.

The amount of any civil violation penalty, late penalty, and administrative adjudication costs assessed against the person.

(2)

The orders issued under subsection (a) may be filed with the department. The department shall maintain the hearing officer's orders/determination.
