§ 94-3. Penalties.

Any person who shall violate the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor; and in addition to the penalty which may be meted out by the court, the services of any person found guilty of violating the provisions of this chapter shall be disconnected, and the person violating shall be liable for all damage and expenses incurred by the system and for all extra electric current, water or sewage service used by reason of such violation.
