§ 94-4. Short name for system.

Latest version.

For the purpose of accepting payment by check, money order or other evidences of cash and for other purposes not involving the validity of any official acts of the system, the short name "Department of Utilities" or "Utilities Department" will be construed to mean "City of Lafayette, Utilities Department."
