§ 94-46. Duration of contracts.

All contracts for service under this chapter shall be binding for the period specified in the contract and shall continue in effect 30 days after return written notice of discontinuance is filed in the office of the director and accepted by him, and until all charges for electric current, water, telecommunications service, or sewage service and all fines and penalties imposed have been paid in full. All services provided by the system will be discontinued simultaneously.
