§ 94-49. Connections to be made only by authorized persons; interconnection or co-location agreements for telecommunications service.

No person other than the director, or his authorized designee, shall connect any house, premises or user with the system's electric, telecommunications, or water facilities for the purpose of securing electric current, telecommunications service, or water therefrom or for any other purpose whatsoever, and no person other than a duly licensed plumber under the inspection and direction of the director shall connect any house, premises or user to the system's sanitary sewage collection facilities for the purpose of disposing of sanitary sewage or for any other purpose. Any violation of this subsection shall be a misdemeanor.
