§ 94-53. Maintenance of wiring, piping, fixtures and appliances.

The user of utility service shall at all times keep his wiring, fiber cabling, piping, fixtures and appliances in such condition that they can be used for the purposes set forth in the application, without causing damage, delay or loss to the system.
