§ 94-122. Electric, non-city small general service (Schedule C-1-O).

(a)

Availability. This rate schedule applies to electric energy supplied to residential customers of the Lafayette Utilities System who reside outside the corporate limits of the city. When a customer outside the corporate limits of the city does not exceed the minimum kWh or kW levels set by the non-city large general service electric rate Schedule C-2-O, that customer shall be assigned to the non-city small general service electric rate Schedule C-l-O.

(b)

Character of service. Service to be furnished under this schedule shall be single-phase or three-phase, at the option of the system, 60-herz, alternating current (AC), at such voltage as may be mutually agreed upon by the system and the customer.

Monthly rate. The sum of the following charges:

Rate is effective with the November 2016 billing cycle.

Customer service charge, per billing period: $11.00.

(2)

Energy charge: $0.06532/kWh.

(3)

Fuel charge: See Schedule FC.

(4)

Tax additions: See Schedule X-l.

Monthly rate. The sum of the following charges:

Rate is effective with the November 2017 billing cycle.
