§ 98-58. Transportation network company insurance requirements.

A transportation network company and transportation network operator shall maintain insurance coverage in accordance with the Louisiana Transportation Network Company Motor Vehicle Responsibility Law, La. R.S. 45:201.1 et seq. Such policies shall provide for 30 days written notice of cancellation or termination to customer service and shall name LCG, its elected officials, officers, directors, employees, and other representatives as additional insureds. Every transportation network company or transportation network operator shall file and maintain with customer service current proof of compliance with the insurance requirements of this section and of the Louisiana Transportation Network Company Motor Vehicle Responsibility Law.
