§ 8-15. Charter Ballot.

Latest version.

The ballot form for the referendum on this proposed Charter shall be:
"Shall the Home Rule Charter and plan of government for the Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government, prepared and submitted by the duly constituted Charter Commission according to Article VI, Section 5 of the Constitution of Louisiana and other applicable law, be adopted?"
