§ 2-137. Officers; quorum.

The convention and visitors commission shall elect, at its first meeting and annually thereafter, a chairman, a vice-chairman and a secretary from its membership. The term of each officer shall be for one year, with eligibility for reelection. Five members of the commission shall constitute a quorum for all purposes.
