§ 2-141. Records and reports.

  • The convention and visitors commission shall keep an accurate record of all of its meetings and shall, at least annually, give to the city-parish consolidated council both a written and oral report on the commission's activities for the prior year. The commission shall provide to the clerk of the council copies of the minutes of each of its meetings.
