§ 34-326. Constructing bridges over drainage facilities.

No person shall willfully obstruct any drainage canals, road ditches or other drainage facilities of the city-parish consolidated government by bridging them, except in accordance with plans and specifications and instructions prescribed by the city-parish consolidated council.
