§ 38-53. Purpose and intent.

This article is intended to be used as a mandatory addendum to the State Fire Marshals Act, and all regulatory construction, fire prevention and life safety codes and ordinances legally adopted by the City of Lafayette insofar as they are applicable to the provisions of this article.
