§ 62-74.6. Same—Same—Posting of signs.

It is the responsibility of the establishment owner to post and keep posted at all entranceways to the establishment, standardized signs advising of the existence of the ordinance set out in sections 62-74 through 62-74.61, and of the fact that patrons are consenting to a search and seizure. These signs are to be provided to the establishment owners by the chief of police or his designated representative.
