§ 78-213. Fee.

Latest version.

(a)

A person desiring the permit required by the provisions of this subdivision shall pay to the city-parish consolidated government a permit fee computed as follows:

(1)

Pipes:

¾ to 4 inches ..... $ 5.00

4 to 8 inches ..... 10.00

Over 8 inches ..... 35.00

(2)

Cables (per job) ..... 35.00

(3)

Drainage culverts ..... 125.00

(b)

The fee for a drainage culvert and the provisions of sections 78-214 and 78-215 shall be waived if the permit is obtained in conjunction with a building permit.
