§ 78-412. Renewal.

A permit issued hereunder may be renewed without making a new application upon submitting a renewal application stating that all information provided on the initial application is still correct and the permit holder is still in compliance with all requirements. The fee for the renewed permit shall be in accordance with the schedule in section 78-409. There shall be no limit on the number of times that a permit may be renewed, except that a permit renewal may be refused if the permit holder fails to comply with any provision of this article or the guidelines and standards promulgated by the downtown management committee in accordance with this article.
