§ 4-11. Parks and Recreation Department.

The director of the parks and recreation department shall direct and be responsible for:

(1)

Parks and playgrounds.

(2)

Recreational activities.

(3)

Other leisure time activities.

(4)

Other such activities as may be directed by the President.
